CONCLUSION: DAH has face, construct and predictive validity as a patient-centred outcome in patients with hip fracture, with an estimated MID of 11 days. Future research is required to include direct patient perspectives in confirming MID.

CONCLUSION: Training in some interventions may not have facilitated the implementation of skills or techniques to enable the paradigm shift and behavior change required for physical therapists to effectively deliver a biopsychosocial intervention. Lack of competency assessments and fidelity checking may have impacted on the methodological quality of biopsychosocial interventions.

CONCLUSIONS: OMT was better at reducing pain and improving quality of life. It reduced functional disability more than KEOMT in patients with chronic LBP.
